Assistant Sales Manager

· Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
· Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, stock holding and payments)
· Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
· Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
· Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
· Monitor departmental operating costs, budgets and resources
· Set daily objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and sales goals
· Create reports, analyse and interpret raw data, like revenues, sales report, expenses and competition
· Completing tasks assigned accurately and efficiently
· Acting as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks
JOB RE REQUIREMENTS
· Qualification Required: Degree or diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
· Industrial Background Preferred: Minimum 5 years of working experience in FMCG retail market, food service line or industrial sales would be an added advantage.
· Required skill(s): Well versed in MS Office applications
· Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
· Resourceful, trustworthy, results oriented with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
