Accounting & Finance


Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia


  • Preparing full set of accounts (GL, AP And AR)
  • Handling daily account operation, prepare cheque/payment instruction & voucher and issue invoice, updating the schedule/records, handle account payable & account receivable.
  • Debtor monitoring and analysis.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers & etc.
  • Manage petty cash and process employee reimbursement.
  • To manage and handle stock control.
  • Travel to bank for all bank related matters (TT, Demand Drafts & etc.)
  • Support superiors in managing, organizing and allocating the month-end tasks.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, timely and generate the reliable reporting.
  • Process urgent requests upon request.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by management when required.



  • Candidate must possess at least diploma, bachelor’s degree Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Industrial Background Preferred: At least 1-2 year of working experience in manufacturing or the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (MS. Excel, MS. Words & etc)
  • Required language(s): Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.  Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and has a strong sense of urgency and forward thinking.
  • Candidate to be base in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan office.
