JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The daily task of posting the purchase invoice and performing 3 ways match (Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice)
- Process of payments to suppliers and employees claims
- Maintain proper filing and record the document
- Any ad-hoc tasks may assign from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- This is an internship position.
