Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and review the Group’s procurement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure alignment with company goals and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage sourcing, price negotiation, contract management, supplier evaluation, and vendor relationship management.
  • Identify and develop reliable suppliers and alternative sources to ensure uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing.
  • Oversee procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, ingredients, machinery, and general purchases for all business units within the Group.
  • Conduct market analysis, price benchmarking, and cost reduction programs.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, QA, and R&D teams to ensure timely material availability and compliance with quality specifications.
  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets and monthly procurement reports for management review.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, payment conditions, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in supplier services, cost, and quality.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical procurement practices and governance standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement executives and officers.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related fie
  • Minimum 8–10 years of working experience in procurement, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and cost analysis.
  • Familiar with international and local procurement regulations, halal certifications, and import-export practices.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
