Job Description

  • Source the quality and cost effective raw material, packaging material and Non Trade for Group.
  • Evaluate and assess New supplier. Monitor performance / audit existing supplier.
  • Negotiate with supplier on price/service.
  • Monitor the price trend and material demand/supply in market.
  • Involve in new product/project. Coordinate and plan out qty needed and advise supplier.
  • To check and verify SST report.
  • Resolve product quality issue with supplier.
  • To plan / liaise with supplier and ensure sufficiency of raw and packaging material to cover for future production use.
  • To handle license/permit/MIDA/MITI/Customs & meeting with Government Officer.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
  • Industrial Background Preferred: Min 4 years experience in the Food & beverage manufacturing industry.
  • At least 6 years experience for Procurement Executive role
  • Required skills : ERP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines, resourceful and multi-task
  • Ability in problem-solving, strong time management skills with a passion for learning
