Job Description

  • Developing new markets and new customers
  • Building excellent customer relationships to ensure business success and long-term sustainability.
  • Perform market visits and identify all new business opportunities to expand business.
  • Ability to negotiate appointments of partners /distributors/outlets.
  • Plan and establish a strategy to convince customers of our product.
  • Prepare quotations and product information for customers.
  • Order fulfillment (number of pending COs or issues)
  • To arrange meetings with the customers regularly (through web meetings, con calls, etc.)
  • Attend to customers for the factory visits if required.
  • Participate in various trade exhibitions (overseas and local) if required.
  • Communicate well with internal departments on stock planning and shipping arrangements.
  • To monitor inventory for the stocks and packaging materials balance
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Ensure prompt payment from customers.
  • Respond to and manage complaints/issues.
  • Attend to existing customer inquiries.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification Required: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree any field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG 
  • Language proficiency: Conversant in multiple languages (Bahasa, English, Mandarin, etc)
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated and aggressive in achieving the sales target
  • Able to work in fast fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Well versed in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP/SAP System
  • Resourceful, trustworthy, and results-oriented with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel.
